Many complex dental problems cannot be solved by looking at one tooth in isolation. A patient may need surgical, restorative, periodontal, therapeutic and bite-related thinking in one plan.
My approach is to keep responsibility with one clinician who understands the whole case, explains the logic clearly and stays involved from planning to treatment and follow-up. I do not believe complex patients should be passed from person to person without one clear clinical owner.
One clinician.
One plan.
Full responsibility.
Complex treatment can be frightening when patients do not understand what is happening. My role is not only to operate or restore teeth, but to explain the clinical logic in a way the patient can actually understand.
"If a patient does not understand the plan, the plan has not been explained well enough."
Some patients do not need one isolated procedure. They need a connected plan. Surgery, implants, old crowns, gum problems, bite, infection, temporary teeth and final restorations may all be part of one clinical picture.
The purpose of this approach is to keep the case coherent. Even when different technical stages are involved, the patient should not lose the feeling that one doctor understands the whole story.
My clinical work in Sofia is focused on adult patients with complex restorative, surgical and implant-related needs. Remote information and image review can help us understand your enquiry, but final diagnosis, treatment options, suitability, timing and fees can only be confirmed after full clinical assessment in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Believes in clear explanation, written options and personal clinical responsibility
I understand how difficult it can be when complex dental problems remain unresolved for a long time, especially when several disciplines are involved and there is no single clear voice explaining the whole picture. My role is to help patients understand the pathway, the clinical process and the responsibilities involved before they decide whether to travel to Sofia.
"Patients should know who is responsible for their care. In complex dentistry, clarity, continuity and trust matter as much as the technology itself."
